After a full day of presentations, critique and nerve-wracking waiting, we presented for the Xerox guys and all was (mostly) well.

I’ll explain: for the 5th semester B.A. International Business programme at the College of Applied Sciences, Berlin we did a marketing project collaborating with Xerox. Everyone split up into different groups of 5 – 6 people, making six groups total: 4 focusing on marketing and 2 focusing on human resources.

The three guys from Xerox flew in yesterday morning (plane delayed due to ice on the runways in Zürich) for our presentations. We presented KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) in relevant industries (and their respective formulas), then presented our suggestion for how Xerox should innovate in the future. After all, the silence is still ringing in our ears after the fall of Kodak, so it’s more imperative now than ever to innovate or die.

Our suggestion for Xerox was to branch out into the service industry as a white space marketing provider. Check out the website here that we hastily created in some hours. The powerpoint slides from the presentation are below.

I’ve just uploaded some more of my presentations onto Slideshare.net. I’ve done loads throughout the years at uni and when I have more time, I’ll put the rest of the good ones online to give you a feel for what I’ve been studying, learning and doing.
